Buy or rent?

Gone are the days when in order to run software you needed to own the software and have huge setup infrastructural costs for the same. We have now entered an era where you pay nothing to own software but pay simply for using it. There are no huge setup costs. The model for delivering this service is commonly known as Software as a Service (SaaS).

The SaaS model means no software maintenance, patches to apply, data backups to manage, upgrades to plan, IT staff to employ, hardware or third party server licenses to purchase. All you need is a browser to connect to our eSuite software and that's it.

You get a quicker time to value, a higher return on investment (ROI) at a lower total cost of ownership, and a greater agility to scale the software to meet your changing business requirements.

Pricing is based on a subscription service basis, meaning a fixed amount per month for every user, without any additional costs.

If you do have the necessary IT infrastructure and resources available, you can of course choose to buy the software. In that case you invest in a onetime license fee for all employees and an annual maintenance contract for the software.
